Whether you are suffering with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, whether it be work-related or the issue is at home, or you feel you are close to burn out, you are welcome here. Having been through these issues it is what I specialise in. Although The Stress Solution Sophrology can help with many different issues were stress is a component.
It can be hard to ask for help and to reach out and get the support you need, and landing on a website like this, can be the first step for some people. For others it might be talking to your GP or having a talking therapy session, we are all different and require different approaches to regain our health and wellbeing, Sophrology is just one approach, although a very popular approach in parts of Europe, particularly France.

The Wellbeing Club
Would you like to feel more positivity in your life? Would you like to feel more relaxed, calm, and focused, or perhaps you are seeking something that will help you to sleep better and have more energy? Then ‘The Wellbeing Club’ might be for you, a safe space in which to feel nurtured and held, where you can develop a wellbeing way of life, through the use of Sophrology and Wellbeing Coaching.
In ‘The Wellbeing Club’ a fortnightly online class, you can have the opportunity to try it for you self. The class is held on a Monday evening, every fortnight, at 7-8pm online, where we will have an opportunity to deeply relax, enhance our levels of wellbeing, positivity and confidence. The class will give you some powerful tools and techniques that you can use at work or home to help you feel more centered and at peace with yourself and your world, using Sophrology. The Wellbeing Club’s main aim is to help you develop a wellbeing way of life, for life.

Sophrology is a simple and yet powerful method for relaxing the body and calming the mind, helping to treat and manage therapeutic issues like anxiety, prepare for future events and is used for self-development.
